Do you have any sleeping problem?

Updated: Aug 18, 2020

Sleeping problems?

Sleep Disorders are disorders of the sleep patterns for a person or animal. It is common but not easy to be diagnosed as a single condition. For example, Insomnia, a kind of sleep disorders, is not a disease, as there is no single definition that can apply to all the conditions reported by people. Some sleep disorders are severe enough to interfere with normal physical, mental, social and emotional functions.

Children between 5 to 10 years old, should sleep 10 to 11 hours per day, teenagers should sleep 8 to 9 hours/day and adults are supposed to sleep at least 7 to 9 hours. However, according to recent surveys, nearly 30% of adults have sleep disorders, with an average sleep time of less than 6 hours per night, and 70% of teenagers have an average sleep time of less than 8 hours. Compared with 20 years ago, infants and toddlers wake up much more every night and also sleep much less.

Doctors tend to prescribe drugs to ease Sleep Disorders, which can result in some problems such as addiction, withdrawal symptoms and many other side-effects. That’s why many people choose natural treatments instead of traditional treatments.

Bio Scans or Bio Feedback can determine which organ/gland or imbalance is causing the sleep disorder, and allows your body to chose the remedy best suited energetically for you. My Bio Scans “listen” to your body and then make the homeopathic remedy with the frequency best suited to balance your energy.
